It is very easy to get started with @Legal Discovery. All you need to do is contact us and we will be your technology advocate for eDiscovery. We offer two, simple predictable pricing models to help keep costs in control. Most importantly, there are no surprise extra fees or unnecessary technical charges.

@Legal CasePoint All-In gives you a complete eDiscovery service for one price/GB per month. There are no extra charges for TIFF conversion, OCR or processing. We offer you predictable models with all the technology you need.

CasePoint All-In

All the technology you need for one predictable price/GB per month. The data size is calculated on the natural (often called compressed) size of the data we receive from you. That's it. You will receive filtering, processing, near de-duplication, email threading and a hosted solution with users and licenses included. You also get productions and exhibit creation at the same price! When we say All-In, it means a lot.

CasePoint All-In has a 10 GB minimum and a 6 month commitment.

CasePoint On Demand

We also offer CasePoint based on infrastructure pricing as for one low, predictable price/GB per month. This option is perfect for firms seeking to replace a portion of their in-house technology with @Legal CasePoint.

The data size for CasePoint On Demand is calculated on the disk space you consume on our servers. Nothing else. Use CasePoint On Demand for processing: one unit price. Use CasePoint On Demand for processing *and* hosting: same unit price. You can store as much data as the case requires and deleted data as you see fit. @Legal's CasePoint platform basically becomes your data-center and you can scale up or trim down as much as you need.

CasePoint On Demand is intended for data sizes over 500 GB.
